I know it has been a dreadfully long time since I've posted here. We have been working on the lease and getting everything ready for construction. Updates on that to follow soon!
48 new hop rhizomes arrived yesterday and will be planted this weekend. The new varieties (in no particular order) include Cascade, Northern Brewer, Sterling. Willamette, Centennial, and Nugget.
I'll update soon with the news on the lease and an anticipated opening date.
