The first entry in the Hop Yard Brewing Company Blog. Pittsburgh's newest brewery. We maintain our own organic hop yard and utilize these hops in every batch that we craft. We are currently in the start-up phase working out all of the specifics that go along with it. Samples will be available as soon as we have confirmed that we can legally give them out.
Currently there is 10 gallons of Saison DuPitt, and about 6 gallons of Brittish Bitter conditioning in in the cellar.
All but 1 gallon of this will be donated in a month at a friend's birthday hash.
Chipotle Mole Ale is on the Horizon.
